🧘♀️ You will be aware of every happenings inside your body. You will sense it. The blood flowing, the heart pumping, and all your sympathetic and non-sympathetic functions of your body. When you are aware, you can heal yourself.
🧘♀️ You will be aware of your thoughts. All thoughts coming in, connecting to other thoughts, and thoughts disappearing. You can control your thoughts.
🧘♀️ You’ll be more sensitive to your surroundings. You will start to know what other people are thinking and feeling. You will be more compassionate to people because you know what their thoughts are.
🧘♀️ You’ll realize that time is only a construct of the mind. You’ll start spending time more wisely.
🧘♀️ You’ll realize oneness with everything. Everything becomes sacred to you because you know they are not separate from you.
🧘♀️ You become a powerful being.
So… how do you start?
Start by being a SEEKER and not a BELIEVER.
When you are a believer, we stop seeking. We become fanatic to our believes. We stop growing. We think we have all the answers.
When you are a seeker, we continue to grow. We realize our true potential. We keep growing… and ultimately we get to the realization that we know nothing – because the universe is too vast.
It all starts with self inquiry… meditation… and contemplation.
You are not separate from me… we are ONE.
